What output formats are available?

ChatSlide generates standard PPTX files compatible with Microsoft PowerPoint, Google Slides, Keynote, and LibreOffice Impress. You can also export to PDF, or generate AI videos from your slides.

Which AI models does ChatSlide use?

ChatSlide uses GPT-4o as the default model (free for all users). Premium users on the Ultimate tier also get access to GPT-5.3 for higher-quality generation. For images, we offer 29 AI models including Imagen 4, FLUX, and Stable Diffusion.

How many slides does the AI generate?

Yes. You can change plans as your needs change, whether you need more generation capacity for a launch or a lighter plan afterward. Plan changes are handled through your billing settings, and updated limits typically apply with your new subscription terms.

Do you offer team or enterprise pricing?

Yes, organizations with larger usage needs can contact us for custom arrangements. Team and enterprise discussions usually cover seats, higher limits, branding needs, workflow support, and any security or procurement requirements.

Is my data secure?

Yes. All uploads are encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. We do not use your content to train AI models. Files are processed on secure cloud infrastructure and you can delete your data at any time from your account settings. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Who can see my presentations?

Your presentations are private by default. Only you can access them unless you explicitly share them via a public link. You control sharing permissions for each project.

How long are uploaded files retained?

For free plan users, files are stored for up to 30 days and may be permanently deleted after that period. Paid plan users have extended storage, though the company may remove inactive content with notice. Users should maintain their own backups. See Section 8 of our Terms and Conditions for full data retention policy. If you delete your account, all associated data is permanently removed.

Do you use my files to train AI models?

No. Your content is not used to train public AI models. ChatSlide processes your materials to generate outputs for your account, while keeping your files and generated assets private to your workspace unless you decide to share them.

Can I delete my content whenever I want?

Yes. You can remove uploaded files and generated presentations from your account when you no longer need them. If you want complete removal tied to your account, deleting the account will permanently remove associated data according to the platform policy.

Is shared content public by default?

No. Your work stays private unless you explicitly create or send a shareable link. This helps you review drafts, internal decks, and client materials safely before deciding what to distribute externally.

What browsers are supported?

ChatSlide works in all modern browsers including Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. We recommend using the latest version of Chrome or Firefox for the best experience.

Is there a file size limit?

Yes, file size limits vary by plan. Check our pricing page for current limits on each tier. For very large documents, we recommend splitting them into sections.

Can I use ChatSlide on mobile?

Does ChatSlide have an API?

Why does generation sometimes take longer than expected?

Generation time depends on source complexity, document length, selected AI features, and overall platform demand. Large uploads, image-heavy workflows, and video generation can add extra processing time compared with a simple topic-to-slides request.

What should I do if my upload fails?

First, confirm that the file format and size are supported, then try re-uploading from a stable internet connection. If the issue continues, simplify the file if possible and contact support with the file type, size, and a short description of the problem.

Are exported PPTX files editable in PowerPoint and Google Slides?

Yes. ChatSlide exports standard PPTX files that are intended to remain editable after download. You can open them in PowerPoint, import them into Google Slides, and continue refining text, layouts, visuals, and speaker notes as needed.
