Leadership at International Game Technology

IGT is undergoing significant changes in its Board of Directors and Executive Team, with Marco Drago stepping down and Enrico Drago joining the Board. The changes will be effective from April 1, 2024. These restructuring efforts are part of IGT's preparation to spin off its Global Gaming and PlayDigital businesses and merge with Everi Holdings.
