Mid-American Conference Basketball and Football

Central Michigan Men's Basketball team has achieved remarkable success with head coach Tony Barbee being named Coach of the Year, Anthony Pritchard receiving Co-Defensive Player of the Year and First Team All-MAC honors, and Brian Taylor earning Third Team All-MAC honors. The team finished with an 18-13 overall record and secured a fourth place finish in the MAC with a 12-6 record, setting the stage for an exciting MAC Tournament play with a Quarterfinal matchup against Bowling Green.
